This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rotary kiln.
This standard is applicable to the rotary kiln with a cylinder inner diameter of 1.6 m to 7.0 m for calcined clinker in cement, building materials, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. Reference may be made to it for those with the inner diameter beyond the above range.

3 Product classification
3.1 Types
The rotary kiln shall be mainly composed of cylinder, wheel belt, support device of riding wheel, catch wheel device, transmission device and sealing device and other parts, with the cylinder mounted on the supporting device by the wheel belt set on the cylinder at an angle, and rotated by the large and small gears.
3.2 Models
The model representation method of rotary kiln shall meet those specified in GB/T 25706, and shall be as follows:
