The above industries can wear static protective clothing meeting the requirements of 4.2.8.3 according to the protection requirements, because it is difficult for static protective clothing to dissipate the charge generated by human body to below the safety limit in time by corona discharge, and the electrostatic electric field generated by friction of the inner clothing covered by static protective clothing may also cause harm to the surrounding equipment. Electric charge, as a grounding path, is transmitted to the ground from clothing and human body through wristbands and grounding wires. 5 Test method 5.1 Lay the fabric or clothing on the table top, and observe it 1.5 m away from the product under good lighting conditions. No warp break, weft break, damage and stain are allowed. 5.2 The samples are taken from the different position of the fabrics and liner for testing the formaldehyde content according to the method specified in GB/T 2912.1. 5.3 The samples are taken from the different position of the fabrics and liner for testing the pH values according to the method specified in GB/T 7573.

According to the method specified in 5.17, the seam strength of woven fabric clothing shall not be less than 100 N, and that of crotch seat seam and underarm seam of knitted fabric clothing 75 N. 4.2.6 Accessories The metal accessories shall not be used on the clothes, if necessary, the cover shall be used on the surface and the metal accessories shall not be exposed directly. 4.2.7 Dimensional change ratio The static protective clothing of woven fabric shall be tested according to the method specified in 5.6, and the dimensional change ratio after washing shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 4. Table 4 Requirements for dimensional change ratio Test item Dimensional change ratio/% Collar size ≥ -1.5 Bust ≥ -2.5 Coat length ≥ -3.5 Waist girth ≥ -2.0 Outseam ≥ -3.5 4.2.8 Static protective property of clothing 4.2.8.1 Where striped or grid-like conductive fibres or conductive filaments are used to achieve static protective property, the spacing of the conductive materials shall not be greater than 10 mm. 4.2.8.2 The alive electric charge shall not be greater than 0.60 μC/set, as measured by the method specified in Annex B. 4.2.8.3 After washing and humidifying the static protective clothing used as grounding measure or with grounding function according to the method specified in Annex C, the point-to-point resistance of the clothing shall be tested according to the method specified in 7.2 of FZ/T 80012-2012, and shall be 1.0 × 105 Ω ~ 1.0 × 1011 Ω. The static protective clothing with groundable point shall be tested according to the method specified in 5.18, and the resistance between each test point and groundable point of the clothing shall be 1.0 × 105 Ω ~ 1.0 × 109 Ω. Note: In some environments, for the purpose of safety, it is necessary to reduce the charge of human body to below 0.05 μC, or reduce the electrostatic voltage of human body to below 500 V.
