Heavy Mechanical General Techniques and Standards - Part 11: Attached Piping 1 Scope This part of JB/T 5000 specifies technical and safety requirements of attached piping. This Part is applicable to oil lubrication, grease lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial water attached piping on heavy machinery principal part. This Part is not applicable to attached piping for pressure vessels. 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this Part of JB/T 5000, constitute provisions of this Part. Verticality of the cross-section of cut pipes shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1. Table 1 3.3 Before assembling, all pipes shall be removed from flash edge and burrs at pipe end, and arranged chamfer angle. Compressed air or other method may be used for removing sundries and floating rust on internal wall of pipe. Fabrication of stainless steel pipeline shall be separated from that of carbon steel pipeline, to prevent stainless steel pipeline being contaminated. For pipe blanking, enough allowance shall be reserved, in convenience of bending clamping and compensation adjustment. 3.4 Bending radius and tolerance of pipe
